फलों के प्रमाणित फार्म सलाहकार मे पेशेवर उत्कृष्टता के लिए भा.कृ.अनु.प.- केंद्रीय उपोष्ण बागवानी संस्थान, रहमानखेड़ा, लखनऊ, उत्तर प्रदेश द्वारा 15 दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का आरम्भ
भा.कृ.अनु.प.- केंद्रीय उपोष्ण बागवानी संस्थान, रहमानखेड़ा, लखनऊ, में नेशनल इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ एग्रीकल्चर एक्सटेंशंस मैनेजमेंट (मैनेज), हैदराबाद के द्वारा वित्तपोषित 15 दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम “फलों के प्रमाणित फार्म सलाहकार” की दिनांक 03/10/2018 शुरुवात की गयी। इस कार्यक्रम में देश के विभिन्न राज्यों महाराष्ट्र, हिमांचल प्रदेश, झारखण्ड, उत्तर प्रदेश, तमिलनाडु, मिजोरम से प्रशिक्षु आये हुए है। इस प्रशिक्षण के अंतर्गत प्रशिक्षुओ को फलो के विषय में गहन ज्ञान दिया जायेगा और चयनित फसल से संबंधित नवीनतम तकनीकों को सिखाया जायेगा। कठोर प्रशिक्षण पूरा करने के बाद, प्रशिक्षुओ को क्षेत्रीय स्तर की चुनौतियों का सामना करने के लिए एक वर्ष की अवधि तक संबंधित अनुसंधान संस्थान के वैज्ञानिक को तकनीकी मार्गदर्शन के लिए आवंटित किया जाएगा और मैनेज द्वारा "प्रमाणित फार्म सलाहकार विशेषज्ञ" का प्रमाणपत्र दिया जायेगा एवं इसे वेबसाइट पर फलों के प्रमाणित फार्म सलाहकार विशेषज्ञो के रूप में सूचीबद्ध किया जायेगा।
The 15-day training programme on "Certified Farm Advisor of Fruit" has been started by ICAR-Central Institute for subtropical Horticulture, Rahmankhera, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh on the date 03/10/2018. This training programme has been funded by National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE), Hyderabad. In this programme, trainees has been come from different states of India including Maharashtra, Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Tamilnadu and Mizoram. Under this training, intensive knowledge will be given to the trainees and the latest techniques related to the selected crop will be taught. After completing of strict training, the trainees will be allocated for technical guidance of the concerned research institute for a period of one year to face regional level challenges. Apart from this, a certificate of "Certified Farm Advisory Expert" will be given by MANAGE and their name will be listed on the website as a Certified Farm Advisory Specialist.
